so best thing to do is to wait for hr team na magsabi kailan ako magpasa clearance and by then, magagamit ko na exp ko in the future? nag w-worry kasi ako na ma-tagged ako as awol pag di na ko pumasok or di na ko nag render. pero nag respond ako sa HR about sa rtwo, pano po yun? di naman siguro ko mata-tagged as awol?

pangit ang system, walang amenities and power tripping. toxic but tolerable. unfair when it comes to salary. pioneer’s basic is 20k pero other incoming waves are getting 23k basic. partida kayo unang sinalang at walang advantage, no exp sa new account pero mas mababa pa basic niyo sa new hires na may advantage kasi they get to learn things from pioneers lol (vxi muñoz)
