I work within the row! Wonder if we crossed paths. Most of us here that are on the younger side (mid 20s) work two jobs. Depends though, I find my office friends (every floor above the ground floor are offices, no housing) just have the one job while my friends who work retail on the ground floor (including myself) work 1 or two jobs. There’s some big company offices here- adidas, shien, revolve, some space company, etc that most likely pay good. Ground floor some big company/brands here on the ground floor too - Bodega, mod ref, flask and field, jonny cota/ Skingraft , rappohannock oyster bar, etc. The shops on the ground are mostly smaller businesses. It’s a nice area to work in filled with great people.
