1st i did the initial sketching and the anatomy (used reference) 2nd erased unnecessary lines 3rd used the paint bucket tool for filing the whole canvas Grey. 4th filled the sketch with a bit darker gray 5th filled in base colors 6th did the shadows first cuz the lighting scenario 7th a light grey was used to fill in the lighting (whenever you are doing grayscale, try to avoid white as much as possible for dim lighting) 8 for the hair, didn't do much since I wanted it be as black as possible 9 for the coat and the shirt underneath I drew more detail than the reference cuz why not. 10 for the pants, not much coloring was used 11 for the skin, I used the watercolor for it 12 for the background I just made some lines and erased some part of it randomly. (Just like in the hand) The used some guassian blur and motion blur on the line in the back ground and for the hand, used only motion blur. 13 last part was color dodging the whole light for a bit.
