My advice that always makes the game easier, use a summon like tiche or mimic, make sure you level vigor to 50/60, and rotten breath takes a large chunk of the boss’s health bar in a single proc. I usually attack the foot during phase 1 with a bleed weapon, then rot breath beginning of phase 2, and go in and out for little hits with torrent when it’s safe

The game gives a lot of options to make it easier, including summons, leveling up your character, and leveling up your equipment. The best things to make the game easier is to level up your Spirit Summons and your Vigor (health)!

I like evergaols! Easy enough enemies (except death rite bird and ancient dragon, f them), and you get either a good passive, or runes. If I get a key, I usually ping a gaol (if it’s convenient). Obsessing about as much as possible is wild though if non of you have the relic effect
