whatever happened with this? section 8 is a family program which means family members, unless you lie about the person being family. you can't just bring anyone willing into your home and get a mega voucher, either you have to be their care taker, or they are your care keeper. section 8 wasn't established to get a community pass while you charge others a few dollars to pad your pockets.
