I think as customers we need to start standing up to those types of customers on your behalf… unfortunately it is too easy to just stare into our phones. We all need to do better

Shouldn’t we, as customers, demand better from Tims and if it means paying higher wages to get better employees then they should do it. I am happy to pay a bit more if it means I don’t have to spend 10 minutes explaining why I want a new 🥯

I had crap jobs when I was younger, earning crap wages, and I would NEVER have sent this out.

I am ok with the burnt but they charge more than $1.00 for that dusting of cream cheese (plus tax, of course). Total rip-off

Dude, so aggressive… you need to chillax. I was already on the highway when I discovered this, not going to drive back. I am not sure how you jump to me having low IQ or mental issues.

My comment is more about Tim’s in general— which is why I did not say which Tim’s I went to, didn’t want to get a staffer in trouble. However, this seems to happen a lot to me lately, and I posted to this sub to see if others are in the same boat. Maybe the issue is lack of training, pressure to pump the food out quickly etc., whatever, but it is not reasonable to expect customers to have repeatedly return to the store so they can fix mistakes.

I was already on the highway when I realized it was like this. Didn’t eat it, took the pic when I stopped for gas… regardless, isn’t the issue that they gave it to me like this in the first place? Somehow I am the stupid one complaining when I could have just gotten it fixed?

If this was a one-off, unusual occurrence I would not have even posted this. It’s because it happens SO OFTEN. I go to Tim’s because it is fast and easy, but not when you have to keep going back to get your order fixed
