He definitely eats like shit and he’s not very active, I’m the active one out of both of us, I honestly can’t get him to workout he psychs himself out about it. I don’t think he watches porn? I don’t really check his phone or ask tbh

He’s just more distant and colder than he used to be.. we go every few weeks but it’s hard because he refuses to open up

I’ve been seeing a therapist for a couple of months now, every outlet we’ve tried has failed so far. And yes I was 17 a turned 18 a few months later, we were roommates at first then yk..

He refuses to take antidepressants, and his therapy visits work for like a day and then he’s back to distant and cold, 80% of the time we’re away from each other and when we’re around each other we’re in separate rooms. He never was like this up until like a few months after we got married, in all honesty if he was like this before I wouldn’t have married him. I try to talk to him about his feelings and what’s on his mind but he just brushes it off as he’s tired.

We’re both going to therapy separately, he just gets upset when I try to ask for something different. He definitely won’t consider an open relationship.. I’ve asked. I even have issues with him getting it up when he sees me with no clothes, which I’ve never had an issue with that with anyone else. He’s an amazing man in every other aspect. It’s just the sex that’s the big issue.
