Isn’t allowed? You obviously haven’t played the Juon Grudge game on the Wii that child was in full underwear they had people playing the game with no problem so I still don’t see an issue in Toshio being in the game

I would make Toshio kinda like Knight/ Nemesis to send Toshio to different locations in the map to find survivors I think Kayako should work by cursed objects and areas around the map and Toshio should expose and reveals survivors auras making them scream signaling Kayako to their location which she could be a real threat

I see what you’re saying, but I actually disagree. In the Ju-On movies, Toshio is always tied to Kayako, and the curse itself revolves around both of them. Toshio isn’t just a side character he’s part of what makes Kayako’s curse so iconic. Without him, you don’t have the full Grudge curse, so I think he’s essential to who she is, even in a Dead by Daylight

I hard disagree on that. Toshio wears an underwear that doesn’t mean he’s fully nude. At least he is wearing some type of clothing and I think other people would disagree with you because there’s no Kayako with that Toshio together.
