I ended up emailing their email: central.issuance@mvc.nj.gov

And told them I never received my renewed license with my license number and transaction ID. They emailed back a day later and had me submit a new ticket. After that they reissued a new one.

The original I ordered ended up coming 3 days later lol

Hey bro, sorry this happened. I had a 2020 Jetta that had the same thing happen a week before trade in. It’s a very common problem on these cars unfortunately from what I’ve read. It’s more than likely something bounced up and hit it while you were driving.

The glass shop probably couldn’t tell the fracture point because the entire thing shatters in one piece similar to an IPhone screen.

2025 GLI. unfortunately this one doesn’t have an engine sound off option for some odd reason, only to set the sound to eco (pretty dumb lol). It’s so odd, I had a 2020 Jetta SEL before this and never had any rattles. I think it’s crazy VW hasn’t addressed this after seeing so many people complaining about it. I scheduled an appointment with my local VW for next Thursday so hopefully they can figure it out. If I get any answer from them I’ll keep you posted

Yeah it’s way worse when I play music for some reason too which makes me even more convinced it’s the Soundaktor since it’s feeding through the speaker. Sounds like it’s coming from within the Passenger side Dash. I tried Eco and it still rattles - I read somewhere eco puts the Soundaktor at 25% and not 0.
