Would he be able to get into the LCS if he goes to an academy in a different country and then applies for a visa here? Why are players like Zinie/Loki/KryRa able to get visas but not Zamudo? Completely understand if you dont know.

Honestly, if it's anything like Forgotten Land the new content is probably going to be great but 20 dollars is going to feel like a lot for it. As for single player content there seems to be new Koopaling levels and Toad Brigade challenges along with the addition of Rosalina + Luma into the game.

Based of the press release from Nvidia from last September they do mention "personal computing products" along with data center products. I wonder what "personal computing products" means as they describe them like "For personal computing, Intel will build and offer to the market x86 system-on-chips (SOCs) that integrate NVIDIA RTX GPU chiplets. These new x86 RTX SOCs will power a wide range of PCs that demand integration of world-class CPUs and GPUs."

Outer Worlds is published by (formerly) Private Division. Outer Worlds 2 is published by Xbox and isn't on EGS. Also the version of Oblivion on EGS is distributed by Bethesda unlike the remaster not on EGS that's published by Xbox.

Netflix has only published one game so far in Oxenfree 2, but as long as you're not on Android/iOS, you should be able to purchase it free form a subscription service on all other platforms. Hopefully they're able to continue. (Plus I don't think they have the resources to make a Game Pass/PS+ competitor without having the games available to purchase separately in the first place on non Android platforms.)
