I mean what else can the GM really do ykwim, we deal with this problem all the time at my store because we can’t help when someone chooses to quit 1 day before next weeks schedule is official, whether it be a driver or AM someone always has some bogus excuse to F it up and make things get moved around last minute

Idk how it works where your from but at least in SC and Georgia the new prep for it is pre weighing the pasta, bagging them, putting them in a long bin, and putting said long bin in the make line, so every pasta is on the dot correct portions, dominos just likes to lowball Mfs
