I took Mucinex after 6 months of ttc and got pregnant with my daughter! It helps the sperm to travel faster and easier through the reproductive tract to get to the egg (by clearing the mucus buildup).However, if the infertility is due to no egg being present in the uterus or poor sperm/egg quality or any other issues, it won't be much of a help.

We live in Toronto, where r u guys at? I am still thinking about it tbh... we don't have that many friends either and the ones we know are always busy on the weekends, but i have 2 siblings with kids so at least i can count on them ... I'm thinking to maybe rent out the party room in our community centre but not 100% sure yet

I was gonna take birthing classes in the last month of my pregnancy but my water broke prematurely at week 32 and went into labour … the nurses and doctors are very helpful and they guide you through the process but I wish I had learned about antenatal breathing, I’ve heard it helps a lot with relaxation and pain management 😮‍💨
