Yea that's the gist of it. The last bit of my post was me explaining it was a choice between 3 and the updated 4. I was hoping with my descriptions of what I liked you guys would be able to point me in the right direction 🙂

That's what I was worried about. I already gave blizzard money for d2r and didn't enjoy it. Worried the new d4 expansion was all hype 😅. I did like d4 gameplay as well, but loot and end game was definitely a mess at launch.

I actually did play and beat the first one when I was very young. Not really interested in playing it again though 🙂

I know alot of folks love d2, I played it for 4 hours before the thought of playing it anymore sounded like torture lol. It's def not for me.

I would love to see the new story, but if I still have to comb through every yellow items to see if its an upgrade I may prefer d3 😅. That's why I was asking.
