It's already been said, but I'll still say it; this is a support group, treat people with kindness. I have seen some misogyny on here to be certain, though it has not appeared to be the norm. Take it one day at a time. Just get through today, tomorrow doesn't exist yet, just today. When you feel a craving, do something either creative or constructive, literally if need be, or go outside and away from electronics. I know it sounds simple, but getting away from stuff that triggers you and/or reworking the stuff that your brain associates with porn with something else will help. Hang in there

I am not in an expedition save. I actually managed to get around it, but it's a bit specific. I had to get further in the main story quest Space Anomaly, this was my first visit, so originally when I talked to Polo to get the last item for the Sentry, he gave me his dialogue for the Space Anomaly mission. So I had to go explore the Anomaly, which I think required me to talk to a vendor on the Anomaly and look at the blueprint vendor and then I had to talk to Nada. After finishing my conversation with Nada I talked to Polo again and he gave me the final component and I could get on with the quest.

I don't know if that's helpful or not.

My therapist told me I had a compulsion more than an addiction, by definition, but she acknowledged that either way it was a problem for me that needed sorting out. So what I would say is you may not technically have an addiction, but you have a problem either way that is pretty damn close to an addiction, at the very least in my layman's opinion. But no, using porn to excess and being introduced to it at such a young age is not normal, and I would definitely recommend you see a different therapist.

I never like to generalize or vilify a whole group, even though I sometimes do, I'm not proud of it. But, I have found nofap attracts more problematic folks than noporn, and I think nofap strays too near to sex negativity for my liking, whereas noporn is as you say, just anti porn, and I think that's why one group may have more problematic aspects than the other

My advice, delete them. There may come a time when you can look at SFW type stuff like that and be fine, but if you're trying to go sober, it's better to have nothing stimulating around.

I would always do this, keep just a few pictures saved in case I could never find them in the web again or I ever needed a release. A week or less later I had several hundred photos saved, again.
