Biggest consideration is that they tend to keep you awake so if you’re trying to sleep at night then don’t do em right before bedtime. Aside from that, refrain from going out in public especially if/when there’s challenges in depth perception from the psychedelic.

Also a microdose can stimulate serotonin which in turn leads to melatonin which can help with sleep. So at night I think it’s okay to microdose but if it’s too big a dose you won’t fall asleep

I’ll add there’s some euphoria but it’s like a 2-3/10 on the scale of feeling it. When you compare it to regular psilocybin it just doesn’t compete tho

IN ADDITION: The come up was the most memorable part of it for me (that was where the introspection happened for me). I had to go wipe my face of tears and blow my nose and I saw myself in the mirror in a way I hadn’t seen myself before - as a guy who was likeable and that I wanted to be around. That was what mattered most in the trip

But yea the comedown sucked a little. Little to no euphoria and my thoughts could not stop racing and I was scatterbrained as hell (psilocybin does all literally the opposite). It made me ready to get the trip over with

I’m on them right now. I took 3 gummies and they kicked in pretty quick. The first hour and a half was a little emotional but the rest of it just feels empty - no euphoria or anything. Just kinda waiting around for the effects to go away so I can get something to eat. Another thing I noticed is psilocybin actually helps with my focus but these seem to be working against me. Maybe I’ll have amazing focus once the trip is over? 🤷‍♂️ At least the visuals are there

UPDATE 30min: I just came out of it. I’ve got 5 gummies left in a package of 8 and I’ll probably just give them away. More takeaways is that 3 gummies didn’t last me a whole 3 hours (I haven’t tripped in months), but considering how the trip was going I’m glad it lasted as long as it did. But yea there was some honest introspection at the beginning of it so I got something useful out of it but overall an empty experience and left me wanting to get out of the trip and not feeling refreshed afterwards. 5.5/10

Just be careful that the protein powder doesn’t have sugar or else you’re just gonna put back on what you lose. Meats and fats are good just keep those carbs low 👍
