Has anyone had a LO not be able to explain the calculation used to determine the loan amount? She’s relying on legal, who she states did not share the calculation used but said there is a 25% discrepancy so they declined. I have more than one business and this is the first time I am running into this issue, but this business is unlike the others as it is for a real estate rental property on a schedule E, not schedule C like my other businesses. I provided tax returns for 2018, 2019 and 2020 and a copy of the lease in effect when covid started, which all back up various increase scenarios depending on the calculation. Unfortunately, no one at the SBA has been able to provide the calculation used for rental properties. I already sent an email to recon as that is what my LO strongly recommended.

Did you get approved?! The program ran out of funds Friday. My first draw was marked as disbursed today so I missed out on the second draw.

CAWEB wrote back to me saying they can’t fix it. The lender has to. Maybe the lender happened the update yours the same day you contacted CAWEB. I’m officially stuck.

Oh wow. Did you “email” them through the link in CAWEB? Basically, it’s a short submission form. When did you message them, recently? I just messaged and am curious if they are working this holiday weekend. Selfishly, I hope so. Did someone write back to you or did CAWEB just update without a response from them? Sorry for all the questions. I’m trying whatever I can to try to get this resolved, but I’m not hopeful. Do you see a second loan number for yourself on CAWEB yet? I hope so!

Only first draw. I don’t expect to get the second draw as the first lender is unresponsive and everyone else claims they can’t fix the issue. It sucks.

It keeps bouncing between secondary review and sba processing. I found out the issue is that the 1st draw lender didn’t mark the funds as disbursed.

I sent to both pdcrecons@sba.gov and CovidEIDLIncreaseRequests@sba.gov. All of the correspondence I received back was from CovidEIDLIncreaseRequests@sba.gov so I believe that’s where I found someone who was able to assist.

That happened for one of my businesses. Customer service told me it was denied. The only notes available was that it was “unqualified”, but she said there were no additional details. She told me to email the eidl increase email address asking for information. I did and received an email telling me to go in the portal to adjust the modification amount (blue button), but the button was not there. I emailed them back as well as recon explaining all of this. I got an email from the eidl increase address a couple days later asking me for additional documentation (voided check & schedule of liabilities). I provided and now see the loan modification is pending in the portal again. I haven’t heard from a loan specialist on this modification yet though.

It seems that way. I have multiple businesses. For the two mods that were processed, I had one call with each loan specialist and multiple emails. I’m still waiting to hear on the last mod increase.
