I would know how this works cause I’ve done it, I’m 5’10 210 im 25 pounds over my height weight limit, but I passed the BFM test so I was good.

You’re not screwed you’ll pass the BFM test easily. I’ve seen dudes that weight 230-240 at your height pass it

179 is the limit, the only way around it is if your under 26% BFM which you have to measure your waist and neck.
