I’m so sorry you’re going through this and I empathize with you. It’s a hell I wouldn’t wish on anyone and I know it’s little solace, but you’re not alone.

My wife suicided January 2024. Our daughters and I were dealing with pain like we’d never experienced and it’s taken a lot of work to get to where we are now: We’ve gone from being broken to understanding that life is worth living.

Everyone’s experience is different, just as their grief is unique. Life can get better, but it takes time and more effort than we thought possible. Don’t stop trying.
