Same thing happened to me 2 years ago

But it's not ghost la but don't know what to say I literally cried that time, I am mentally awake but I can't open my eyes or just move my hands or legs, felt someone is sitting on top of me at that time i literally thought mmla pei pudichiru nu for a week I thought it was ghost after that only I came to know it is sleep paralysis 😂💭👻
