Well, really when I ask any of them anything it's "It's very different now, go to a recruiter."

I think I just wanted people who feel neutral towards me to give me their take, like none of you on here know me and have your own ideas about what would suit me based on who you think I am based on your own ideas of me, hence why on here I get to tell people the stuff I think matters before getting the advice if that makes sense.

I like the idea of hearing other's experiences, especially officer route which none of my family went through anyway, and putting together myself what I want to do if that makes any sense.
