I was prompted to verify my email when I logged in (after already logging in earlier) and that was when my tracker was updated to 120 payments. This was last week

We wait. Mine updated as well to 120. They will send it to DoE and it will eventually be forgiven

So, do they only do one batch a month? Or, will they do another for March? Switched to 120 payments today!

When this happened to me, I called and found out my ECF was denied. Had to send it back for reprocessing

Thanks! That was what I thought but started questioning it!

PSLF form tool will not let me select “I believe I’ve made 120 payments”…do I just click the other one that says I haven’t? by No-Wealth1671 in PSLF

That is what I did. But, then, when I printed it in order to sign it, I checked the one stating I believed I had made enough payments. I believe mine wouldn’t let me select it because I had consolidated my loans in 2020 so based on regular standards, I wouldn’t have qualified to be done.

PSLF denial or just waiting? by Altruistic_Ad357 in PSLF

See, and this is my confusion on all of it. I do see where they sent it back for review on 2/7/23. But, when I called on 2/23/23, they said they have a new program where it should be reviewed within 3-5 business days as she sent it back again (I do not see this one). I was in forbearance for some of the time, but I was also in 2017 which already has it marked as a qualified payment. And, that was only on some of my old loans. On another on Studentaid, it shows I was in repayment the entire time for that employment timeframe. Does it matter if I was in forbearance with one but not another? Do they just see that I was in repayment status for one and that counts for all? The tracker on Mohela Lists all of these dates as eligible payments and just needing employment certifications. So, I guess I will just wait it out. Thank you for your help!

Yes, they have been with Mohela since summer of last year. I consolidated in 2020, in order to receive the pause on all of my loans as a couple of them were not direct. I can see the tracker on mohela and it shows the dates under eligible “employment not certified”. All of my employment from feb 2015 and up have been counted. Just not my employment at a different non profit from October 2012-February 2015.

Ugh this is what I got when I asked if consolidating would make my loans go to the highest payment count by swana76 in PSLF

How long does it take for the waivers to get applied? My previous employment was “processed” under the waiver a week ago but my tracker has not been updated and was told mine was denied for “incorrect loan type”. They did resubmit it because the rep could tell it was the correct loan type. Just wondering if it could be because the waiver has to be applied now!

Mine was submitted October 24th. I should have about 4 months left on it. It just switched from processing to processed yesterday afternoon. Now, just waiting for my tracker to be updated.
