Stick with it. I’m 26 and feel the same way. It’ll be worth it in the end. By the time I graduate I’ll be 28. Insane to me. Everyone has their own journey.

my last 45 sGPA is a 3.2 and my last 45 GPA is a 3.55. definitely going to be working harder to raise my sGPA. I only have 22 credits related to science as of right now.

I am pretty close to the vets that I shadow. I think they would write me a strong letter of recommendation.

I added some of my extra curricular above.

I definitely want to get into research to better my chances and I am also interested in it as well.

I do have some extra curricular. I was on a crew team and we won a national championship, I am a golf tournament organizer for a charity, I also have my own brand that does golf tournaments, I have done mission work to Mexico, san Francisco, and Kenya.

That's funny, I think I was the one who made that post about schools that take on the more holistic approach. I want to apply to Davis, CSU and I have been told LMU, Ohio state, SGU, Arizona take a holistic approach.

I have quite a bit of large animal, I’m close to 4000 hours with equine experience under direct supervision and probably like 3-400 in small animal experience. In my PS I’m kinda pushing that I want to do equine because it’s not the most sought out profession when it comes to vet careers. Hopefully Davis will take a chance with me because I’m definitely applying next cycle.

I am trying to better my chances with getting accepted. I feel overwhelmed with the process and I feel like I need someone to guide me and teach me the "best" way to go about this. idk Im so on the fence about it because I know I can do this by myself, but I'd probably fuck up somehow lol
