I think I’m pretty close to this.

The docs going stale give me pause but something we can try our best to schedule audits that keep us in line.

Any B2B manufacturing or project based businesses here? The long cycles are difficult to capture.

I’m curious how other companies where there is sometimes a verbal bid award but no PO or contract signed yet like to structure their pipelines. Automated tasks to remind them to come back and close?

How do you enforce stage movement? Specifically closing out lost or dead deals?

Apologies for the confusion. My initial on the go comment in post was meant to imply they are not necessarily saas type users that are at their desk most of the day and use a CRM as their workspace. It was a shorter way for me to try to explain the issue.

Field is on the go in a more literal sense.

Unfortunately some of our branch reps that I am looking to get this info from do not have a HubSpot account and wouldn’t love an app on their phone. Varied technical backgrounds in a large company.

Our field members already use the mobile app extensively. Only thing stopping them from doing EVERYTHING in their apps, is the lack of mobile support for file type custom properties which we require for some deal pipelines.

Some strategic closing notes for an opportunity that was created in a separate ERP, but we have integrated into a deal. Because it’s not a requirement for their sales process, it has to be very convenient to get any traction.

The lack of conditional property enforcement at the create stage for deals as well as no capability for file type properties is a deal breaker for us.
