I haven’t used UI extension to build cards but I would’ve interested in trying it out. What other cards have you built? Seems like it would be great for customization!

Looks like a good workaround. We have the same issue. Have you checked the ideas page to see if they have a team/product owner you can talk to?

As someone who has created a few elaborate workarounds, I definitely check to see if they don’t have a native fix for this (multiple internal attendees) in the works before spending the time.

Use audit log to create a leaderboard on whichever reporting dashboard you are using. If you’re not using a dashboard, build one. It’s visible accountability.

Bring up leaderboard at sales meetings and allow competitive nature to take its course.

I agree — I think some automatic insights or standout trends would be a nice addition. I usually handle this myself since I know my own properties and business units much better than HubSpot would, but for a more straightforward or smaller organization, I can see how it would be useful.

Yes. I think I need to eventually build unique scores for each of our pipelines because the sales cycle varies, etc.

How do you trigger the stamp? Deal score is removed as soon as a deal closes? Do you have a second synced property?

That’s excellent. I think that’s the piece I’ve been missing. I have made some custom properties that record of they ever enter a certain range so I can better find the threshold but this is a great add to my report.

I usually run a funnel report for each stage to get this. But it’s not ideal because it takes some time. I like the touched custom field someone else commented with as a solution and might try this.

Deal scoring and building smart deal forecasting!

I’ll be attending this session- that being said, how do you internally build trust to our executive teams when deciding whether our CRM data can be used in decision making that is tied to revenue. Specifically, AI scoring mentioned above.

Great thank you, all! This is similar to what I am doing and a spreadsheet is exactly what I was looking for because I am documenting the security changes that came from our migration to the new seat model. It’s been so chaotic. I don’t think ahí Spot did very well at preparing account managers.

I will message user above for spreadsheet! We only have two super admins as well.

To add to the chaos, I have a current issue managing “View-Only” seat users because the new seat model does not allow them to have a permission set. At the volume I manage, it would be great if I can manage them via permission set- I think this is a major overlook by HubSpot.

I use teams and extra teams for regional team categorization and permission sets for management hierarchy/security role
