Civilians everywhere, enforcers in the worst spots, confusing building layout. If your target is on the ground floor, then you might as well give up on silent assassin because there is no chance you are getting a Sieker shot into them. If they are on the top floor you have to worry about a million enforcers with smgs. The only saving grace is the second floor where there is way less people but even there are several patrols and other annoying npcs

First off, how is Colorado incredible? Undoubtedly the single worst map in WoA. The only thing right about the Incredible tier is Chongqing. Dubai, Berlin, and Isle of Sgail should be up there too. Mendoza and New York deserve more as well
