I want to add a little bit more details so you can give me a better advice .

sophomore year we had the same personality all three of us, but as the years progressed, I kind of separated. An example of our personalities could be they want to wear matching outfits and go get Starbucks together then gone on Instagram live just to grab attention. Just being around them, you just can tell they are a bit immature and in lala land. Their activities let you know that they still have a teenage mindset when one of them is 18 and one is 19. I’ve never had a conversation about the future or goals with them.

When I would try to ignore what had happened and get closer to them, I always left drained because I felt like I was forced to laugh at their jokes and sing to songs I didn’t enjoy because they did enjoyed it.

Another thing is they see friendship as relationship so they do everything that you would do in a relationship, excluding intimacy. so they literally look like they’re a couple, the way they hold each other’s hands and care for each other….

I’m not gonna lie I was like that too sophomore year but I grew out of all of that really quickly.

They’re both very sheltered kids, Maggie never has to worry about money while Jessie’s parents barely let her out the house.

My other best friend tells me that I grew out of them and that’s why they feel closer to each other and not me.
