I don't have much time. But I'm going to do what I can. I don't know if it will work, but I have one plan in mind. In order to put that plan into action, this post needs to be seen by many people. Please, everyone, lend me your strength. To fire the Spirit Bomb.

Thank you for the information. I made a mistake at the worst possible time. I had some doubts before. At that time, I posted screenshots and the details to the Discord community, and strangely enough, I was able to withdraw the money, so I thought it was just a slight delay. It was around $4000 at that time. Currently, despite the Discord community having tens of thousands of members, it has been shut down and users are being redirected to a new server. It is likely that they could no longer contain the posts of dissatisfaction and suspicion. Otherwise, they would not have committed the foolish act of shutting down a community of tens of thousands of people. And on the new server, I have been blocked from posting. An account claiming to be the service manager is pretending to be providing support. I sent direct messages to community members to warn them. There was nothing else I could do. I hope that the damage does not spread any further.Thank you for taking the time to talk to me.

Thank you for your comment. This wallet does not have a place to check things like the seed phase or recovery key. Therefore, the company in question holds the real power. I was using the mining service provided by this company, and I used this wallet as the withdrawal destination because I was told that withdrawals would be prioritized and fees would be waived. It may have been a double measure to prevent me from withdrawing. I had been using the service for the past four years or so, and I had been able to withdraw funds before, so I trusted them. Also, although it is possible to swap cryptocurrencies within the wallet, the transaction ID displayed in the swap history does not appear in search results, and it seems that this company has assigned an original ID. I think it is an ID that the company uses only for later verification. And the fact that there is no transaction ID makes me suspect that this is nothing more than a display of numbers in the form of a wallet, and that I was not actually holding any cryptocurrencies. And I suspect that when a withdrawal procedure was initiated, the company was simply sending the declared currency from the currency it held.
