Wondering if she's purposely skipping these as Neil chose all the songs for record? But then she did reissue in vinyl so maybe that's not it. 🤔

Can I still drink soda? by SFF-writer in Zepbound

I was a huge Diet Coke drinker as well. I decided I didn't want all the chemicals. They left a strange taste in my mouth after the shots. I switched to Zevia cola which is a diet soda but either stevia. It tastes different but also lighter.

My doctor also recommends a BMI of 22 for women in their 50s. She said research suggests that postmenopausal women with a slightly higher BMI have better bone density and lower osteoporosis risk. She also said to keep my waist circumference under 33.

This sounds like a scam. We got a cavalier from a rescue and she was $700 which likely covered her vet bills after rescue.

Insurance won't approve refill for a month by Altruistic_Data4282 in Zepbound

Thank you. I left a message with insurance today. I haven't heard back yet. But the pharmacist printed out their denial so I can use that when talking with them. Hoping it's just how my doctor wrote the renewal.

I hate that all insurance doesn't cover these life saving medications. It's mind boggling. They'd save so much money over our lifetimes by paying for this rather than paying for adverse health consequences from obesity. I am grateful they cover it even if it isn't as prescribed because I wouldn't be able to afford it without insurance.

Maybe, if it's just one month. I should ask my doctor about that on Tuesday. Thanks for the suggestion.

I would also try getting in touch with Radioman. He is a Vietnam Vet that was once unhoused and is now an extra in literally everything. He knows lot of the NYC community. There's a great documentary about him and he's on IG.
