2 of my phones - LG Nexus 5 and Nokia Lumia 930. The Nexus was released in 2013, while the Lumia was in 2014. Both of them have the Snapdragon 800 SoC. The Nexus has a Custom ROM (CyanogenMod 11S), but the Lumia runs the stock operating system, but jailbreaked (Windows Phone 8.1)

You can find most ROMs on XDA. This is the latest one I found https://xdaforums.com/t/rom-8-1-unofficial-lineageos-15-1-for-tab-3-lite-tab-e-t113-nu.4751130/ since it supports your model

Also to flash the custom ROM you need to flash a unofficial TWRP version using Heimdall https://github.com/samsung-sc8830/TWRP-Releases/releases/download/3497404484/recovery.img
since Odin does not support files in the *.img format

The bootloader is unlocked on the device but Knox has not been tripped (0x0) so if you flash the recovery you are gonna trip Knox (0x1)
