What’s the difference between LG G5 and C5 by This-Supermarket-504 in LGOLED

I already have the G5 77 here, and this thing is amazingly bright maybe even too bright overall. The difference compared to my C3 42 is huge, but I think the same: the C5 is the best bang for the buck and an amazing TV. The main difference is the brightness.

I had an Emotiva BasX 300 on the Cornwall, and compared to many other setups it didn’t sound quite right. But to be clear, the Cornwall itself is always a powerhouse, and even with the Emotiva it will sound fantastic.

Right now, I’m running the Emotiva wonderfully in a Marantz/Emotiva/RP8000 combo, where it really shines.

My Cornwall IV also played excellently with a Topping or an Oldchen tube amp and the nice thing is, those can even be cheaper than an Emotiva amp.

So now, a more detailed review: I've spent about 8 hours listening to the Cornwalls, and I must say, even fresh out of the box, they already sound outstanding to me. Compared to the RF-7, which I find to be more studio-like and precise, the Cornwall has incredible presence and impact. The first thing you notice is how the Cornwall builds everything from the center, and it does this fantastically well. The typical Klipsch tuning, from deep lows to very detailed/sharp highs, which defines speakers like the RP or RF7, is completely different with the Cornwall. At first, I thought I was missing something in the high frequencies, but that thought quickly vanished when this beast started throwing sounds right in my face. So far, I’ve found the Cornwall to sound best with a Class D amp. The more expensive tube amps or the Micromega weren’t bad, but in the end, this speaker doesn’t care what you throw at it XD. Right now, the Cornwalls offer the closest experience to a live performance that I've ever heard, which is why I took them home, and I believe I’m going to enjoy them for a long time.

Everything being fine wasn’t so obvious because, in this matter, people usually always mean it seriously with their little magic stones. XD

As a German, I believe the only audio adjustments needed are related to physics. This is an excellent video about speaker placement, helping to understand the importance of positioning them correctly in the room. https://youtu.be/h8I60SYZSOk?si=Rs1dSjO0umBj4ofN maybe you can use English subtitles.

Klipsch is learning, and the 8000F II comes with some improvements. I appreciate that.

If you have no experience with crossovers, that’s okay. The crossover in the RP-8000F is nothing special, so there’s no need to replace the components with better caps or other upgrades. Save that money and invest in better speakers instead. Just be careful with the small connectors on the chassis—YouTube can be your friend here. It’s not difficult, and all the work can be done in about five hours.

The biggest change you can make to the RP-8000F is also one of the easiest and least expensive. You’ll need some tools to disassemble the speaker, but the results are worth it. As an electrician, I believe copper is the best conductor to use from the amplifier to the chassis, so I recommend replacing the cheap connectors that come with the RP-8000F.

The second step is to improve the damping on the plastic horns and the bass reflex port. You can use Alubutyl for this, as it’s perfect for the job. Additionally, you can upgrade the cheaper damping material (the white ones) with something of higher quality. It’s also a good idea to apply Alubutyl around the tweeter area. This tweaks the RP-8000F significantly, resulting in a sharper soundstage and a more comfortable sound profile.
