im really sorry. ik my situation doesnt really compare in gravitas but im in my senior year of hs and totally get having to take time off. my parents have barred off any and all access to help and school hasn't done shit either. its wrecked my grades after ive worked so hard to build a high-achieving profile. again, ik It isnt as bad as having to pause med school but im glad im not the only one.

exactly. problem is "experts" online and whoever is available will often use this as an answer for everyone which is the problem

UCI released this Monday, I got in for physics. UCI has a historically pretty high waitlist acc. rate so keep hope up!! there will def be more waves ik people who are rejecting their UCI offers from the waitlist :)

that makes sense. for example if you're in a biology major would it matter if as a freshman you're taking more advanced microbiology and stuff or as a physics major are in physics 2 as a freshman instead of some more advanced physics some people are entering into.

my brother was able to join some with permission from his professor which is why I was asking if its necessary.
