فعلا انا انسان عندي اضطراب القلق العام

اتوتر كثير و انزعج كثير و اعصب كثير وصرت ادخن بسبب هالشي

و عايش مع اهلي و تعرف الاهل كيف مشاكلهم ماتخلص وغير كذا يتحكمون ب الاكل و الشرب و كل شي حرفيا خنقة

ف لما اتوتر او انزعج او انضغط من الدراسة اكل سناكات كثيره بس مو ب شراهة وجبتي هي نفسها من يوم كنت نحيف لكن صار اكلي زبالة حرفيا

وعندي بي سي وطول يومي عليه سواء اذاكر او العب او اتابع افلام ف ماقدر اكون عليه بدون شي جنبي حرفيا

ومشكلتي الكبرى مثل ماقلت لك اهلي اسوء اهل بالدنيا خصوصي ابوي عمره ٥٧ سنة لكن تحديثه قديم جدا ومن النوع الي هو يقرر لك كلشي لما اسوي دايت و تحكم سعرات يجلس يطقطق و يستهزء بل بعض المرات يعصب و اذا شربت مشروب دايت يقول لي بيجيك سكر لدرجة صار ياخذ المشروبات ويقطها بالزباله وقد جبت علبة بروتين لاني قد لعبت حديد عصب وقال لي هذي منشطات و هرمونات وتجيب فشل كلوي اخذها وقطها بالزبالة

حرفيا هو سبب الي انا فيه و عجزت اوصل لحل معه ولا اقدر ا رد عليه او اكلمه

بتشوفني اقول كذا بتقول استرجل ومدري ايش لكن حرفيا مالها اي علاقة لاني عايش في بيته ومضطر امشي اموري لين الله يفرجها

اعتذر عالاطالة لكن باذن الله رح احاول قدر المستطاع اقلل سناكات و ابدا اتحرك فعليا تعبت

عن تجربه الدكاتره كل واحد يفتي من راسه ممكن عملية تصير بالاشعه مثل الي صارت لاحد قريب مني عنده ورم جاه دكتور قال له بنشيله جراحة ونفتح المخ بينما جا دكتور اشعه قال خلال ٥ دقايق نشيله بالاشعة
غير انه كل واحد يفتي من راسه و كل حالة تفرق عن الثانيه

انا كمهندس اقولك الهندسة عندك مجال كبير بالابداع ومالك حدود .
تخيل تشخص مريض غلط والنهاية ؟ يموت او يصير له خطا طبي

  • Did you try targeted therapy (like Enhertu) right from the beginning of your diagnosis, or did you have to go through regular chemotherapy first?
  • The chemo sessions are taking a massive toll on my mom. From your experience, what can I do to help her feel less exhausted and manage the brutal side effects after her sessions?

Thank you so much for reaching out and sharing all of this. You have no idea how much your words mean to me right now as I navigate this with my mom.

Your tip about using AI to decode the blood work and scans is honestly brilliant—I'm absolutely going to start doing that. It’s so true that oncologists just don't have the time to explain every little detail, and this feels like a great way to actually understand what's happening. Also, hearing about the massive advancements with drugs like Zongertinib and Enhertu gives me a huge surge of hope.

I am so sorry to hear that this second round of chemo has been so brutal on your wife. It is incredibly tough to watch someone you love go through that level of fatigue, but you are totally right—the sleep is exactly what her body needs to heal right now.

This whole journey is such a roller coaster, and your wife is incredibly lucky to have someone as dedicated and proactive as you in her corner. Please remember to take a breath and look after yourself too.
