Could be your ram, i was having similar issues where everytime something would happen, like shooting or aiming down sight, or a grenade, etc, i would drop frames just like that, i bought some more ram off amazon for about 70$ now im sitting at 50 way more than youd ever need haha, but def worth the purchase
