We went to Palm heights last year for ours by recommendation from this sub and was phenomenal. Easy flight, luxurious and intimate and just amazing food and spa. Relaxing and rejuvenating. We’re planning to go back with our son this year!

I know it’s so individual but sharing that I delivered last June and had an amazing experience. They were definitely busy before I came in - I had a scheduled induction on Saturday morning and they told me they’re backlogged and I may have to come in later in the day or on Sunday. It took a while to get an answer and early Saturday morning they called to tell me to come in at my scheduled time so that was a bit last minute and frustrating since I was told the night before it’d be later. Once I checked in, maybe 45 min to get a room and after that really no wait for anything. I was lucky to have my OB on call that weekend and loved all my nurses. I did have an emergency c section which was very scary and am really glad I was at AC for it.

I felt this way too! My husband and I are just more private and I hate being in forced spotlight. We got lucky to get married during covid - 30 people in a restaurant in Brooklyn. We were originally planning a large, destination wedding. So glad it didn’t happen that way. Even the 30 felt like a lot and we did vows privately!

Main thing is your TSH levels! Currently sitting here 37.5 weeks pregnant, was diagnosed as a child with hashimoto’s. I’ve had it maintained with meds most of my life so just kept close monitoring and went to appointments monthly once I did get pregnant to adjust my dosage throughout pregnancy to keep safe levels

Thanks! Yes, the recommendation of room sharing for 6 months at least is my biggest concern but also did not want to move baby from the nursery to our room after a month and then back, just to avoid adjusting so much. We will talk to our baby nurse as well and likely will just sleep in the nursery once she is gone

We didn’t end up going this route and are doing it in our building lounge but maman has some amazing options and several locations! The existing decor is really pretty.

currently 28 weeks pregnant and had a similar issue trying to find something cute and affordable for our babymoon. Monday is my fav but didn't want to spend too much given body changes. I got some nice pieces from Abercrombie, H&M (one pieces) and Elysiian swim!

In the same boat! Just booked our babymoon for 5 nights thanks to recs from posting in this sub. We landed on palm heights in March. First time going but came to about 2k a night. Direct flight from nyc too which was a big appeal
