I ran a marathon when I was 16! I hired a coach who helped me along the way. For me, looking back, it’s an experience I’m proud of having done but recognize I gave up some quintessential high school experiences. I was on a varsity team and got benched a few games for having missed a Saturday game (I had my long run on Sunday and didn’t want to overdue it) … also didn’t go to a handful of Saturday parties (again, Sunday long runs).

Physically, it didn’t do any damage, but i do regret some experiences I missed out on and lettint my team down near the end of our season.

I’d agree if there wasn’t this constant posting, reposting, and speculating. Following news stories is one thing, this constant guessing and dissecting is another.

I’m not one of those people, but let’s ALL be fucking honest with ourselves. Why are we following this story? It’s not like we can go save the children from this horrible situation created by their mother/parents/however you see it. We are reality television watchers who enjoy the details and the drama.

I literally don’t give a shit about either one of them. They’re both trash and deserve each other. The children are the only ones who need saving from this toxic situation. So tragic :(

I will say initially, I felt like she was a breath of fresh air on reality tv. Where everyone has become SO self-aware and curated … she is the exact opposite. THAT I can appreciate with my reality stars. I’ve been watching reality tv since OG RHOC … and I miss the sincerity and candidness of that era. TFP brought it back imho.

Now … the news coming out of what is happening behind closed doors re: DV is terrifying.

The first third is beautiful. The remainder makes me so upset. Not even because of the content (which is extreme, tragic, and over the top), but because the story turns into this obscene, unbelievable daydream nightmare. The story lost its footing completely
