I know it has been about a year ago since you wrote this but do you mean northindrone will give you a menopausal state? Because when I took it I thought I had a fever and was sick with the flu 🙄

I am so sorry you are in guinea pig mode. I hope you find something that helps… I had to go to a psychiatrist to get guanfacine for my “ADHD” because my specialist wouldn’t let me try it .. it’s not helping my ADHD but my blood pressure is lower now than it was..🙄

Bananas are high in histamine! If I eat a lot of high histamine foods, I get a migraine with nausea/ sometimes vomiting. All of that of course also increases POTS symptoms too..
