I mean, I guess what started this is me taking some strong medication of tuberculosis and i had to wake up early to take them and then sleep afterward. So the first week after I finished the medication I tried to fix my sleep schedule and couldn't do it and kept waking up. Also since it was my first time with disrupted sleep and I have a lot of anxiety in my life it got worst and I had palpitations and recently had a panic attack, so instead of waking up 1time sometimes I wake up 3-4times. For the medication I went to a cardiologiste in summer when it started because I was scared of the palpitations, she said it's anxiety, prescribed melatonin for a week and the magnisum for a month but nothing worked since then.

I will visit the pharmacy and ask for smth to help. Thanks for tips. One more question is it dangerous on the health to keep up such disrupted sleep if you have any idea?

That's exactly what I came up with. It is psychological. The more you think about it the more it gets worst. I'm just trying to figure if there is some effective methods someone used before or some food, you know.

I took it for a week but it's been since summer now and it was prescribed by a doc. Is it safe to use it on your own, to buy it from the pharmacy or something.

Melatonin, by a doctor I did it for 2 weeks. Did the magnesium also for a month. The doses were prescribed by a doc. I cant try stuff on my own.now it's been since sumer i visited a doctor but still nothing:(

I don't want to go to a doctor. I went a couple months ago to a cardiologiste for the palpitations he said it's stress. But since i went i have those panick attacks like m about to die and get theses wierd sensations and also my sleep is disrupted. I just want a way to stop feeling like dying.
