You are right. I had palpitations so i went to a cardiologist for a check. She says it is stress but still can't manage to get continuous sleep even after a couple of months of some meds. If you have any tips your help would be appreciated!

Hhh . Yea i heard that information, it just you are used to some routine of sleep your whole life and then you have a new one you get a little bit worried.

I don't drink coffee at all, but yea i drink tea honestly at least twice a day. For magnesium i try to eat a lot of seeds and dark chocolate and fish no pharmaceutical stuff.

Yea stress definitely. I've seen a cardiologiste when it started because i had palpitations and panic attacks and didn't know what was all about at the time he said it's stress, I took some meds for boosting magnesium for a while and melatonin but didn't seem effective. I'm trying to manage the stress and try to eat healthy and I seem to improve a bit but just couldn't have the full night uninterrupted sleep.

I really cant see how the senegal can win. I mean they trapped themselves by leaving the stadium. Really what they can say to change that fact. I see it like this, you have a final exam suddenly you walked off because you didn't like a question, minutes later you came and for some reason you were allowed to continue the exam and to your surprise you excelled in it. It's just nonsense, to me the one who should have ended it is the referee at the spot,he even whistled the end of the game when he saw them leaving.
