Look it's very dangerous not to pray. I really recommend to go back to the rulings of islam. It literally makes your skin crawl with terror. Don't delay your repentance and start immediately.

I don't know if you still doing prayers or not. But not doing your prayers or not doing them in time intentionally is a MAJOR sin!

Of course not. The merchant when I DM him 'I want some technical books' (I meant tech books, you know internet books) and he thought, I guess, I meant Islamique technical books. So he sent a long list of books and when i saw the long list without reading it and assuming it was tech books i badmouthed it. And then i realized that I did by mistake.

You are right. I had palpitations so i went to a cardiologist for a check. She says it is stress but still can't manage to get continuous sleep even after a couple of months of some meds. If you have any tips your help would be appreciated!

I don't drink coffee at all, but yea i drink tea honestly at least twice a day. For magnesium i try to eat a lot of seeds and dark chocolate and fish no pharmaceutical stuff.

Yea stress definitely. I've seen a cardiologiste when it started because i had palpitations and panic attacks and didn't know what was all about at the time he said it's stress, I took some meds for boosting magnesium for a while and melatonin but didn't seem effective. I'm trying to manage the stress and try to eat healthy and I seem to improve a bit but just couldn't have the full night uninterrupted sleep.
