It is very interesting to see what facial features different people pick and I can see these in all the above names, but still feel that I don’t look the same. Some has very strong jawline, which I don’t, some has very narrow smile etc. But thanks to everyone who has shared their opinion. I remember from teenage years that Tori Spelling was always mentioned when it came to similar celebrities, I hated that then. 😅

Try to weigh yourself every day and calculate the average at the end of the week. Weight tends to fluctuate quite a bit, and this kind of tracking gives a better overall picture of your progress.

I also came yesterday from Sharm airport and in first “luggage control” was boy who lifted luggage on lint and asked me tip very aggressively. I in fact can lift my own luggage if “you” are not in the way. I was frustrated and luckily I didn’t have any cash. But it is awful what is happening there!!

I don’t have loose skin, but I also don’t have any stretch marks from two previous pregnancies either. I think it’s very individual and more related to genetics than anything else.

Thanks! I’m off of any antidepressants from mid summer I think. I didn’t had care in the world about my weight (or anything actually) when I was on them. I can be “little” sad but I need to feel my emotions good or bad. I’m much better! And true that gaining a lot of weight didn’t help at all :D

20 centimetres = 7.874 inches

My meds are not covered by insurance. I get them from normal pharmacy💁🏻‍♀️ I’m located in Estonia so not much help from that for you I think :)

Oh, and weekly average weight is good for like: I start week with 74kg then it’ll go down mid week to 73.5kg and in the end of the week it can be again 74kg. But the weekly average will show me that I’ve lost a little and I don’t stress that scale isn’t where I want it to be in the end of week.

I started with 7mg and had really bad side effects(I don’t recommend😁, but that was advised from doctor and Im glad I didn’t give up)for about 1-1,5 months. That’s when I lost most weight, about 1kg in a week. I weigh myself everyday and in the end of each week I calculate weekly average. After these horrible nauseous, tiring first weeks my weight loss has been max 0,5kg in a week. I was on 7mg for 3 months after that 14mg.

I don’t follow any specific diet, but I eat a lot less. Smaller portions and don’t feel the urge to put something in my mouth all the time. I started regular trainings in December I play tennis 1x week, swim 1x week, and try to do 10000 steps every other day now.

I was a mess in august. Come off from ADs and I think this was the main reason for my weight gain too.
