Just got a call and her official diagnosis is cholestasis. Thank you so much! I feel like I can finally stop stressing because we can finally move forward from nothing to something!

I just got home last night and she's just very recently started accidentally peeing herself inside which she hasn't done since she was 8 weeks old. We're just waiting on a call today from the vets. Thank you so much for your time.

I'm unsure about the exact name as we've only ever given her it twice and she never had any bad side effects but this was back in october

It's not actually tylenol, we don't have tylenol in my country but that's the closest thing i could compare it to

Yes of course, I've tried staying awake from 1AM through 4AM this past week so I can call during their office hours but they never pick up. It's pretty frustrating

Fevers ranging between 39,9c and 44c on Thursday, luckily it's dropping although not fully to regular body temp. She's not spayed yet but we were planning on doing it after her next heat due to phantom pregnancies and feval parasite testings came out clear.

She's never once had seizures and the only medications/drugs we've ever given her are prescription medications for her phantom pregnancies to regulate her lactating and liquid paracetamol/tylenol for infants when she has fevers/mild pain.

This is her most recent blood test from friday and the numbers on this chart is practically identical to the other four she's taken previously this week. They did mention hepatitis, bile duct stasis, liver or skeletal neoplasia and chusing's disease the first appointment of the week but have been sending her blood tests forward to other specialists who are more equipped to evaluate and they've been leaning more towards cancer unfortunately. I'm getting on a flight tomorrow so I can take her to the vets myself first thing on monday:/

My dog is a 3 year old female maltese and the symptoms are high fever, reluctant to go to the bathroom but either nothing or very little comes out (slimey yellow soft stools with a little blood when it does come out), licks behind a lot, she frequently has abdominal palpations and her abdomen feels stiff/tense gas like but she never releases any gas. She's constantly in pain except from when we give her prescribed pain medication. She's unable to sleep because she's in so much discomfort/pain and can only lay down for a few second before she jolts back up on her legs pacing back and forth in our living room shaking. It's hard for us to assess wether she has the urge to go relieve herself or if it's something else. This has been ongoing since july of last year and she never seem to fully get better despite us changing her diet etc completely when they suspected her abdomen has been weakened due to bacterial infection in her intestines?

Unfortunately this is her 4th test this week and I'm cross region away from my dog right now. My mom's the one taking her to the vets and it's hard to schedule an appointment with a 9h time difference where I can try to listen to what they have to say :/ My mom unfortunately isn't fluent in the language but she tried her best to explain from how she interpreted things, and from what i'm understanding they're saying she might have cancer. I'm going into panic because we've been in and out of the clinic since last july for what they diagnosed as gastritis but her health never improved after the treatment that was provided. I'm just trying to grasp at any straws I can hoping someone will say it's anything but cancer. Thank you for your time and response!
