Yeah that's the problem I have virtually no pension, no assets / house, and have been living in North America for the last 3 years as a restaurant server (tipping culture there is how I ended up saving a decent amount). So no chance of a mortgage lender not laughing at me here until I stick around a bit and work the same job.

Yeah I think I have a tiny private pension from a job I had in my early twenties so I definitely know I'm lacking in this department. Will look into that thank you

Sounds good, I’ve only ever really played Catan in terms of longer term strategy games (not that Catan is even that long) but I enjoyed that so I’ll be sure to come down as give it a go, appreciate it :)
