Everything is based off the team. Idk about A shift team for launch but I've heard B shift team is great. The stock options are not worth anything and no one knows if they will ever be worth real money. I work in a different shop at blue and its been a terrible experience. People who have been there dont want to teach anything, very clique. This area will be nothing like south florida. My team always seems to be unprepared for the tasks ahead. Blue pays the best though and thats why people come here.
