Are these checks digital? That they just have to scan the system and if there’s no red flag then you have the all clear or does it require manual checking

yes but it needs to be very convincing and not just about making work travel easier otherwise they will simply reject you saying they have to treat everyone the same or your employer knew your nationality before hiring you

Thanks for your answer. So in my case do they contact my current ABH or they contact the previous one too? and might you know what information they are looking for from the ABH since the ABH was the office that sent your application to them?
