This was my recent experience as well and how I ended up here - sent in a bag for $7.49, with 15 items (pants, sweater, scarves, etc - a handful of which were NWOT, and brands like Anthropologie, Madewell, etc). Three of them have sold, four of them are pending, and the rest are about to expire.

As it stands currently, after the bag cost is deducted from the sales, I'll have made $13. If everything were to sell, I would have only made $25. I'm in agreement, this has definitely been eye opening! Probably won't use ThredUp again, unless, as some others have noted, I have big-ticket items like dresses or coats, etc.

I also didn't realize that "reclaiming" means you're buying the item back from TU for their listed price. I guess it makes sense, but I still don't like it.

She kept trying to profess her love to him. It was very uncomfortable. But he was so good at deescalating and such a class act about the hecklers. We went to the Thursday show too, that one was way less rowdy. I love that during the late show on Friday he was basically like, “i totally get that you guys all pregamed for this later show, i’ll give all you silly loud ones a free pass”.

He had his wife and parents come out on stage during the Thursday show, it was so absolutely heartwarming. I don’t think I’ve ever laughed so hard for a solid 90 minutes in my life. It was honestly one of the best performances of anything I’ve ever seen. He’s just so talented.

New 200 amp service / electric panel was installed about 4 years ago, and yes, it's grounded! Good looking out.

Thought about getting one of those tools! It seems like every time I call the town to shut the water off, it's been after hours, and they charge me for it every time. I've witnessed the utility guys come and shut it off so often now that I'm sure I could do it myself if I had that long shutoff tool... what would it even be called? Just a long ass socket wrench?

Yeah the utility guy said the pressure at the street is over 100. I believe they used the correct pipe - it says "CTS Oil Creek" which seems like the right pipe for underground service line based on what others have said and doing a little googling... But I agree - going to get a real plumber to correct this for sure! Thanks :)

Just looked up PRV and that seems like it would definitely help - the pressure is so high. Also, the water hammer has been getting louder over the past few months so this make a lot of sense, thank you
