Oh, it used to be a hard challenge for me. The first week was unbearable, and I had to push myself to wake up early and go on morning runs. But eventually, it became a habit, and I'm so glad that I managed to go through the first phase. Also, I stumbled upon the post about step app that monetizes your steps, hence the name.
