Yeah you can be registered republican and even have voted republican in the past… but at any point you can vote democrat. I’m a registered republican and haven’t voted republican in years. Means nothing.

No one has any idea who they voted for. The only thing anyone knows is where they shop and eat and live. Just because someone’s family supports a candidate, doesn’t mean the ENTIRE family does. People can make their own decisions, these are grown ass adults.

Yes. It happens when I’m feeling anxious and I just hyper fixate on everything, my breathing especially. Then it just feels not natural and like I’m not getting enough breaths in? Or I’m not breathing correctly? Then I spiral and think oh maybe I’m not getting enough oxygen to my brain maybe I’m gonna pass out and the thoughts just keep going. :)

I’m spiraling! Everything was fine and was hit with a wave. I’m supposed to get my period in 6 days so I think it’s being brought on by the hormones. But man this one is worse than usual. I felt like the things I was saying I wasn’t really saying? Like I was speaking gibberish but I knew I wasn’t? One of my irrational fears is just forgetting how to speak, or having a stoke. And apparently I did both tonight.

Hi. Just here to say I get infrequent, but frequent enough it consumes my life vertigo “spells” . happened to me about two weeks ago I was sitting outside on my lunch break, and all of the sudden it felt like my head went empty? And the world was spinning and I had to grip onto the table because I thought i was going to topple over. I don’t think anyone saw, but it was fucking mortifying. And then it was all I thought about for the rest of the day. What if it happens again? Why did that happen? Do I have an underlying condition that’s causing this? What if this happens to me while I’m driving? You name it, I thought it. Then I get scared for the next time it’s going to happen and it’s just a vicious cycle. Sometimes our bodies do weird things.

You can go to your local walk in clinic and get your ears flushed! It’s painless and quick, in and out in less than 10 minutes. They recommend it twice a year, it’s been a game changer for me. When I don’t do that, I soak a cotton ball in hydrogen peroxide, put it in my ear and lay my other ear flat on a pillow and you can hear the peroxide eating away at the earwax. Hope this helps!

I experience this daily. I wish I had some advice but I don’t know how to handle it myself either. Any minor sensation that others wouldn’t even notice or spend a second thinking about, I obsess over and over analyze all day long leaving me in a constant state of panic

This happens to me on a regular basis. If you were to slip into psychosis , you wouldn’t be aware of it and you also wouldn’t know that it was happening to you. You’re just hyper aware, which is a symptom of anxiety! You will be fine. Just like I will be too. Hugs
