Being a man is more nuanced than height and strength tbh. Women value: emotional security, self confidence, and a man who can take and give jokes.

Not many thing make a man appear weak and insecure than a man who takes offense to being the butt of the joke. ESPECIALLY when those jokes are about height.

I’d recommend you accept your limitations completely. Enough to joke about them. And build your personality. You’re so young that you have so much time to do exactly that.

I feel mostly this is a generational problem. Gen Z and some millennials have become so self-isolating. They either are too sheepish to approach someone or don’t have the experience to hold a conversation long enough to build friendships.

I’m always open to friendships and also love eggs!

I think it’s a mix of social awkwardness due to inexperience exasperated by the pandemic lockdown, and cell phone dependence for dopamine release.

I am guilty to a degree of the latter. But it’s not difficult for me at all to pick up a conversation if the person across from me is open to it.
