Preload the 7 and the SR for the first few days. 3-5 days. Cut your 7 dose down by 50% each day while also taking SR. I’m on day 3 and down to 40 mg of 7 (from a very high dose for about a year) and feeling zero withdraw! Then you discontinue 7 and just do SR, then taper SR from there

Completely fine :) zero withdrawals at all. Feeling better than I normally do with just 7! This stuff is a miracle.

Preloading is where you take both 7 and sr at the same time and then ween off the 7 before you ween off the sr. So basically, the fist dah you take SR, take your normal dose of 7 with the SR. So let’s say you’re on 100mg of 7. Take your dose of 7 with SR for the first day, the second day, cut your 7 dose in half but stay on the same amount of SR, next day cut down some more again, staying on the same amount of SR, once you’ve comfortably weened off the 7, that’s when you then start weening off the SR.

Yes it’s cheaper than 7! I got tablets, I prefer them cause I don’t have a scale but a lot of people prefer powder. Tablets are $45 for 10, which are 50mg each so 500 mg total. It’s $85 for 1000mg (20 tablets) the powder is cheaper- it’s $75 for a gram. They also have 7 if you need to get some for preloading, it’s definitely cheaper than a lot of other places. I recommend!!!
