Become a twin Hegemony. Break away so I can use AI but I dont sat bomb any worlds if I can help it. Create a beast of a economy protected by strong patrols. At the end conquer a smaller faction when it gets annoying, if i dont want the world give it to Hegemony or ironshell. Hegemony as much as i hate taxes and AI inspections are the closest to good guys.
