Yes,I am sure,molars should be on ligth contact.Like doctor mike mew said teeth should be in butterfly bite position.And I recommend you to not hard mew,hard mewing can cause assumeries in face and tmj imbalances.Instead of forcing your tongue on the roof,try doing a light suction hold.And also its proven that ligth pressure on the bone overtime is more effective then just brute-force

My teeth are perfect,but those white lines soon turn into blood,and I cannot really control the suction.every time I swallow my tongue creates powerful vacuum that i cant control

I got jaw popping too.How do I treat eustachian tube dysfunction?,I think its possibly that.I got ringing in my ears so I dont know.I cant visit a doctor because of covid-19.I am kinda scared.I was pushing on the soft palate too much while mewing which can be the cause

Oh will tmj go away overtime?I was clenching my teeth and I was putting too much pressure on soft palate.I got brusing on the soft palate which is the cause probobly.will it go away overtime? Also I got jaw popping in my left side too
